Grilled Camp Bread

Our last trip out was rainy and we woke up to fresh, wet snow on Sunday morning. Consequently, we spent a lot of time in the camper instead of outside. Luckily, I had mixed up a batch of this Grilled Camp Bread at home and brought the fresh dough with us on our trip. I heated a little olive oil in a pot, rolled out some flat breads and we ate thme hot from the pan with Tzatziki that I brought along for our dinner. It was seriously delicious. I substituted whole wheat flour but kept everything else the same. I cut the dough in half and left half at home for other uses during the week. It make 4 delicious, filling flatbreads that made a cold, rainy day a little better. Check out the recipe here. https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/grilled-camp-bread
